Our programming is completely driven by you, the client. 

There are three areas that we examine together when we are building the perfect program

Needs

  • Based on your physical assessment, what do you need to do so you can regain full mobility and flexibility so you can express yourself through movement 

  • After examining your flexibility and mobility through a physical assessment, we put together a routine that will unlock your joints and tight muscles. This allows you to move, uninhibited, however you want. This is liberating like nothing else.

Goals

  • What do you want to achieve (weight loss, flexibility, strength, power, endurance, energy, etc.)

  • An event you want to prepare for (tough mudder, marathon/run, triathlon, fitness testing for first responders/athletics, other athletic event)

Time frame

  • When do you want to achieve this goal by

  • Build your timeline around events in your life (ie. lose 10cm on my waist line by June for my wedding, in 3 months I have a fitness test for my policing examination, lean out for my photo shoot in 6 weeks... etc...)

These three pieces of information merge together in a beautiful symphony of exercise prescription, taking you from “before” to “after”
