Running

A program specific for runners to build strength prior to beginning a distance running program OR to maintain strength during training.

Beginner 2 days/week

Intermediate 2 days/week

Advanced 2 days/week

This program runs in conjunction with a distance running training program, approximately 16 weeks

Splits:

Beginner - 2 full body workouts per week

Intermediate - 2 full body workouts per week (lower body biased)

Advanced - 1) lower body strength 2) full body workout
