Boot camp

  • Goals setting - the goals of the bootcamp are very general in nature. The results from our programs include: improved cardiovascular fitness and strength, increased flexibility, more energy, and development of a habitual pattern of exercise.

  • Individual attention - although working as a larger group, equal time with each participant is taken to ensure that they are getting the expert coaching that they need to keep them safe during the workout and make the workout more effective.

  • Support and motivation - use your team as motivation during the workouts and outside the gym to maintain a healthy lifestyle that will enhance your results.

  • Fun - a team environment is fun and competitive that will have you looking forward to the next workout every time you walk out the door.
